Unless specified otherwise, I hereby grant the Earth House Project, Inc. (hereinafter “Earth House”), its representatives, employees and assigns the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the Earth House Midsummer Gather. I authorize Earth House, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and electronically. i agree that Earth House may use such photos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.
