CABIN LOTTERY TERMS
- Registration for the Cabin Lottery is open effective immediately.
- Registration for the Cabin Lottery will close at 11:59am on October 20th, 2024. No late registrations will be accepted.
- Currently there are 4 cabins total (Eagle, Moose, Bear, and Barn), with plans by Wes to add up to 2 more.
- Earth House reserves cabins as necessary as incentives for special guests; all remaining cabins will be reserved for the Cabin Lottery.
- There are no fees or required purchases to enter.
- ONE Registration per person.
- Drawing will be held October 20th, 2024 during the business meeting and shall be conducted as follows:
The list of all registrants will be randomized and given a number.. that list will be given only to Tom and Allen. Bryan will provide a random number through an online random generator.. Tom and Allen will confirm the registrant with that number and it will be recorded by Lou.. We will continue selecting a random registrant until all registrants are on THE LIST compiled by Lou and posted to the Earth House web site. - Winning opportunities will be disbursed beginning with the first person on THE LIST. If more than one cabin is available, the winner may choose the cabin they want.
- As each available cabin is claimed, we will proceed down the list until no more cabins are available.
- Winning opportunities are ONLY the opportunity to reserve an available cabin, winners are still responsible for the cost of the cabin AND registration for The Gather.
- Winning opportunities are non transferable. If accepted, the winner must dwell in the cabin during The Gather. If the winner can not, or chooses not to accept it, the opportunity passes to the next person on THE LIST.
- Winners must: 1) confirm intent to reserve the cabin within 48 hours of being notified by email or phone, and 2) pay for the cabin registration by December 31st, 2024.
Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the opportunity, which shall then be passed to the next person on THE LIST. - Winners may share their cabin with anyone they choose, as long as they also dwell in the cabin.
- If additional cabins become available, the next person on THE LIST receives the new opportunity.
- ANY unscrupulous behavior will result in immediate disqualification of all parties involved.
